There are several ways to book your appointment with us:

over the phone, call Susan on 07967583794 from Mondays to Saturdays between 10 am and 5 pm. If we do not pick up the phone (most likely being with another client, student or meeting, please feel free to leave a message or send us a text message and we will call you back as soon as possible)

Terms and Conditions in the Salon
Please read the following terms and conditions we have in our salon.
When are we open?
We are open from Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm. All phone calls, messages and emails will be answered in our opening hours.
How can you cancel your appointment?
Your appointments are very important to the members of Susan's Nails Salon, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
Can I bring my child, children into the salon?
Unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children, please keep them safe and leave them at home with a sitter.
If I am sick, can I still come in?
We pay attention to hygiene in our salon. If you are ill, got flu or any other illnesses, please ask for another appointment!
We have children and immune compromised individuals as clients, and we do not want to put their health at serious risk by passing viruses and cold germs on to them. Additionally, if you have a potentially contagious condition on your hands or feet, signs of a fungus or wart for example, we cannot provide services to you without the express written consent of a physician. We also cannot perform services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have a condition on your hands or feet that you think is suspect, please notify of us before the service begins, and we will advise you on whether or not services can be legally and safely performed.
Confirmation Messages
We will message and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Can I use my phone in the salon?
Please be respectful of the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibrate, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands free devices are strongly encouraged so that you don't contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during a service. Additionally, pay attention to your nail technician! Having to repeatedly wait for a hand to become disentangled from a phone slows down service times, and can make both you and your nail technician late for your next engagement.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
Absolutely no refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
What is the guarantee on nails?
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are applied in our price list. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services

Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment

Rude, mean, or disrespectful people
